Qingdao Ruhai Shipbuilding was recognized as a national-level key "Little Giant" enterprise specializing in specialized, refined, and innovative technologies.

On May 20th, the Bureau of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology announced the list of supported enterprises in the third batch of the second round of the "Support for High-Quality Development of Specialized, Refined, and Innovative SMEs," and Qingdao Ruhai Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. was successfully selected.

Key "Little Giant" enterprises are top representatives selected by the state from already recognized "Little Giant" enterprises, based on quantifiable and assessable unified standards, through a high-standard and rigorous selection process. The selection criteria are based on "three new and one strong" (creating new driving forces, tackling new technologies, developing new products, and strengthening the supporting capabilities of the industrial chain). Selected enterprises are required not only to occupy an important position in their niche markets but also to shoulder the key mission of "strengthening and supplementing the industrial chain," representing a high level of "specialization, refinement, distinctiveness, and innovation" in their respective niche fields.
