During the May Day holiday, while domestic colleagues were working tirelessly on the front lines at various shipyards, a delivery team comprised of key personnel from Ruhai's North China and East China ship maintenance bases traveled to a shipyard in Turkey to perform electronic fuel injection engine maintenance on the HE vessel. Despite the unfamiliar environment and foreign setting, the Ruhai team maintained impeccable work standards—strict implementation of 5S on-site management, a closed-loop process of self-inspection, mutual inspection, and specialized inspection, and precise fulfillment of each client's customized needs. Their outstanding professional capabilities earned repeated praise from the ship's personnel on-site. "Wherever the ship is, that's where Ruhai's flag flies!" Engineer Lei on the other end of the phone declared emphatically.

When the lights came on

Late on May 3rd, Gao, the delivery engineer from Ruhai Green Technology, and the AG vessel's "old power" switched on the power. Beams of white light illuminated the surrounding darkness, and the team's fatigue from the past few days transformed into a sense of accomplishment.

This three-day task of replacing the entire ship's LED lighting system was no easy feat. With over 20 lights scattered throughout the ship, and the construction period coinciding with days of heavy rain, hot work and high-altitude operations were frequently restricted. The team seized every opportunity to work during these windows, managing to make up for lost time. After the project was successfully delivered, Gao remarked with gratitude: "The initial design and the superior product quality gave us complete confidence. Focusing on the Most Complex Nodes

During the May Day holiday, the bulbous bow replacement project for the MC vessel at Beihai Shipyard officially entered the core stage of the mid-section assembly. Section 8001 is the most complex part of the bulbous bow structure, with the greatest variation in its curvature, and it is also the final checkpoint before welding inspection.

To ensure the highest quality, Mr. Jiang, a design engineer from Ruhai, stayed on-site for two full days, meticulously checking the structural alignment, weld spacing, and bevel angles down to the millimeter level to ensure absolute accuracy. Meanwhile, previously identified non-conformities entered the rectification phase, the final hurdle before mid-section assembly. "There can be no perfunctory work on any non-conformities; they must be meticulously rectified to maintain the high-standard delivery standard," Mr. Jiang stated.

The Rear is Also the Front Line

During the May Day holiday, while frontline teams were busy at various shipyards, the headquarters office was equally bustling with activity.
