engineers attended on vessel B***L*** in Nantong Ruitai Shipyard to conduct ballast water sampling and analysis as per VGP requirement.

However, our sampling engineers was advised that sampling may could not be conducted this time because there was an alarm came from the BWMS.

Sampling engineer checked the alarm information, found it was communication failure, that was always caused by operation, so sampling engineer called the CCC(Central Control Center) by SmartEye system and asked the maker’ commissioning engineer on MarinSmart Platform for technical guidance and guided the crew to inspect and rectify, the problem finally solved smoothly. This not only ensures the smooth completion of the sampling work, but also saves the cost of sampling for the second time for the client.
